Trust us that we are not trying to be nosy by requesting so many details. These details enable us to provide you with the most accurate quote possible so as to avoid confusion later on. Once you fill in and submit your Quote Request, we will respond within 24 hours.
Guests who submit a Quote Request form from our website will receive their quote via email, usually within 24 hours of submitting the Quote Request, and sometimes much sooner! You may either respond to that Quote by clicking ‘Reply,’ or call in to our toll-free number and discuss with your customer service rep. Every Quote will have a Quote # on it, and the name or initials of the customer service rep who sent you the Quote. Should you wish to proceed and make a reservation, we will send you a contract immediately.
When you receive the contract, you will also receive our Terms & Conditions. You will need to sign both documents to confirm your reservation. We have made it simple for you to sign electronically and email the documents right back to us. Should you have questions about your contract, you may also contact your customer service rep either by phone or email. If you prefer, you also have the option to do it the old fashioned way and print out your contract, sign it, then fax it back to us.
Making payments is simple. The easiest way to pay is to simply click the ‘Make A Payment’ tab and make your payment through our secure, online payment processor. The process is self-explanatory. You’ll just need to know your Sales Order number and have a credit card on hand. We also accept checks wire payments.
Once your payment has been processed, you receive a confirmation from us. Within 48 hours of your trip, you will receive a driver/dispatcher phone number to be used for coordination purposes the day of the trip. You will also have access to our 24/7 phone support. You now have the peace of mind knowing that you are in good hands!
